Why do I have to live when I didn't ask to be born?

My question yourself because you are unhappy. Your life seems to be bad.Surely the reasons for this are numerous: a lack of love or understanding, rejection, grief or sickness, repeated failures or fears of the future. Icannot accept yourself as you are. I feel alone... Above all, I don't love myand you think that no one else is able to me. How can we be sure that we really love someone?

We know from experience that it is difficult to be sure. We do not always see clearly. It is not easy, in every case, to be sure of myself or my feelings and to have to depend on proofs or signs. Love is not like an idea with a definition or like a physical phenomen on that can be measured : Love is a matter of choice. Is it my friend that I love or is it the feeling of love that I love? A good question to ask would be Do I want to love him or her? Since true love is not so much a feeling as it is a decision, a choice, we have to will to love.
